Q-Care Company faced a significant challenge:

Managing a large number of customer CVs and matching them with suitable job descriptions. To address this, we developed an innovative online dashboard tool integrated into their website. This tool allows customers to update their CVs and automatically matches them with relevant job descriptions (Q-Care customers) using advanced AI technology and then sends these matches to their company's clients.

To create an intuitive and efficient dashboard, we focused on an extensive UX research journey. We conducted user interviews, and usability tests, and analyzed user behavior to understand the needs and pain points of both job seekers and recruiters (Mrs Raitor, Mrs Wagner). This research informed our design process, ensuring that the final product is user-centered and meets the high standards of usability and accessibility. I have closely collaborated with product management and web development teams.
